Tom is a multi-instrumentalist with over 20 years of hands-on experience teaching both individuals and groups across all levels from beginner to advanced. In addition to running a successful private music teaching business he has worked for multiple organisations and charities across Torbay including YES Brixham, Turning Heads and South Devon College. Tom is the founder of MusicAtTheEdge and currently leads all weekly workshops (Drum Circle, Community Band and Rock Band). He is also the project representative and manages all external project collaborators and funding partners.

Andy is a graduate of MusicAtTheEdge, having first attended the project in 2009. He holds a Masters’ degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and RSL Grade 8 Electric Guitar. Andy currently works for Focusrite Audio Engineering, a role he credits to his passion for music, which was sparked through his involvement with MusicAtTheEdge. He rejoined the project in 2020 as a participant and has gradually begun volunteering as a trainee music practitioner helping support Tom to co-deliver the Community Band and Rock Band workshops where he teaches guitar, drums, bass, and keys.

Since January 2022, Jasmine has developed both print and digital media for MusicAtTheEdge. Examples include the project website and Yestival promotional material such as banners and programs. She regularly manages the project social media accounts and coordinates volunteers during project events.
